At Infrared Heating Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your energy-efficient heating solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the infrared panel or heater in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting brackets, manuals, and remote controls are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
